She has 20+ years partnering with Fortune 50 and non-profit leadership teams to drive value through grassroots engagement, resulting in the successful implementation of complex change including the global business models, M&As and digital transformations.
Awilda holds a MS in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Rhode Island, PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coaching Federation, and advanced certifications in change management, leadership coaching.
