  Special session: RETHINKING OCM FOR AI ADOPTION: Tradition meets Experimentation

  During this session, we will explore how Organizational Change Management (OCM) professionals can evolve their practices by integrating AI to support enterprise-wide AI adoption and enablement. The discussion will highlight the opportunity to blend proven change management approaches with adaptive, AI-powered strategies that align with the speed, scale, and complexity of AI transformation.

  Participants will gain insights into:

  ●       How AI can enhance our practices as OCM professionals, allowing teams to do more with less

  ●       Ways to use AI-driven data and experimentation to refine and enhance change strategies

  ●       The evolving role of OCM in building AI fluency and readiness across enterprises

  ●       Balancing structure with agility leads to change in dynamic, tech-driven environments

  This session invites change leaders to rethink their approach—embracing AI not only as a tool to be adopted, but as a partner in transforming how change itself is designed and delivered.

  Supporting strategic changes including Brand & Culture Transformation, AI tooling enablement and adoption, and Tribe implementations. 15+ years of career experience in Finance, Communications, and Strategic Operations. Certified Human Centered Designer with a background in Public Policy and Composition.

  Supporting strategic changes including Digital Assets Workforce Integration, Operating Model Transformations and Process Improvement Implementations. 6+ years previous experience as an HRBP in fashion and building services industries. Certified in: Prosci Change Practitioner & SHRM-CP.
