  ACMP Metro & Eastern New York is partnering with ACMP DC Chapter to Present Use Change Objection & Resistance as a Gift

  We can view change resistance and objection as a nuisance and something we don't want to deal with but, what if we looked at it differently? What if we could better understand why change resistance and objection occurs and some solid strategies and actions to turn it into a valuable gift! In this session, we learn about the 5 common types of change resistance and objection, and their root causes, and identify some creative ways to leverage change resistance and objection to our advantage. And, you become a critical part of our solutions when you join a small group breakout session and strategize real-life change resistance and objection business scenarios. You walk away from the session with a handy quick reference guide for how to best action change resistance and objection as a gift!

  2. Identify actions and strategies to manage and mitigate each type of resistance.
