At this session, the ACMPNY team will share an OCM Tailoring Tool that provides a mechanism to evaluate your OCM needs. It can be used for initial planning and by phase, as needed.

The tool evaluates the initiative using a risk matrix based on weighted criteria. It also allows you to determine OCM needs through specific lenses like Communication and Training.

The tool then provides recommendations on resource estimates leveraging the final scores. The risks will change throughout an initiative and can be mitigated by revisiting the tool.
