This dialogue will be a thought-provoking exploration of how the presenters enter and engage with human systems—seeing and sensing the energy within them. They will illuminate how energy multiplies, amplifies, or depletes, shaping the conditions for forward movement.

Drawing from years of real-world experience in organizations, they will share a powerful framework that has emerged through their practice and introduce a distinctive approach for practitioners and change leaders—one that integrates energy management into their work, unlocking creative solutions and transformative possibilities.

Awilda Borres, MS, PCC, is an accomplished change architect and leader with a track record of success in large scale business transformations. She has 20+ years partnering with Fortune 50 and non-profit leadership teams to drive value through grassroots engagement, resulting in the successful implementation of complex change including the global business models, M&As and digital transformations.

Awilda holds a MS in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Rhode Island, PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coaching Federation, and advanced certifications in change management, leadership coaching.

Donna Pearce  Donna S. Pearce, MS | LinkedIn

Donna is Principal & Managing Consultant for PEARCEconsults LLC with over 25 years of organization development experience collaborating with senior leaders in Fortune 50 firms, mid-size companies and non-profits. She has specialized in the healthcare sector, including strategic transformational work in several major pharmaceutical companies and leading healthcare institutions.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch University and a MS degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Organization Dynamics program.
