Special session: RETHINKING OCM FOR AI ADOPTION: Tradition meets Experimentation

During this session, we will explore how Organizational Change Management (OCM) professionals can evolve their practices by integrating AI to support enterprise-wide AI adoption and enablement. The discussion will highlight the opportunity to blend proven change management approaches with adaptive, AI-powered strategies that align with the speed, scale, and complexity of AI transformation.

Participants will gain insights into:

How AI can enhance our practices as OCM professionals, allowing teams to do more with less

Ways to use AI-driven data and experimentation to refine and enhance change strategies

The evolving role of OCM in building AI fluency and readiness across enterprises

Balancing structure with agility leads to change in dynamic, tech-driven environments

This session invites change leaders to rethink their approach—embracing AI not only as a tool to be adopted, but as a partner in transforming how change itself is designed and delivered.
