Change Management in the Age of AI

Join the ACMP Metro & Eastern New York Chapter for Change Management in the Age of AI to explore what actually decides whether an AI investment pays off: the people, the process, and the discipline you already practice.

78% of companies have deployed generative AI. 80% report no material impact on earnings. That distance is a change management problem, not a technology one.

We'll cover:

  • Why AI programs stall
  • How to run the change for an agentic rollout
  • What the human-agent interaction model looks like

Presented by Pooneh Mohazzabi, MBA - Strategic Change & AI Transformation Senior Leader
